One Dalkeith – Bookings

The facility spaces are available for anyone to hire by the hour. Bookings can be made online with a minimum 48-hour notice and up to 90 days in advance. All bookings are bound by our Terms and Conditions, which can be found at the foot of this page. Please ensure you understand your obligations as the hirer regarding these terms and conditions before booking.
Whilst phase two refurbishment works are ongoing, not all of our facilities are available. The Hub will be closed for bookings every Sunday and Monday until we are fully open to the public 7 days a week. Exceptions may apply for larger events. Please enquire by email.

Hiring Times

The Hub is currently available for booking Tuesday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. If you would like to book out with these times please email your enquiry to engagement@onedalkeith.info  Enquires will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

If you do have a late night booking the general public must vacate the premises by 9 pm.
Some facilities require a minimum of 3-hour bookings during the week or at peak weekend times.
When booking, please consider that your hire time needs to include your time to set up and clear away your event. To adhere to our Terms and Conditions, bookings for events with a large volume of guests must include at least 1 hour at either side of your event within your booking time slot.
This is to ensure you have left the facility on time and in the same condition it was found, so the room is ready for use by the next booking. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions if in doubt.

A three-tiered pricing system ensures the facilities are affordable for all. If you are a local community club, social enterprise or a registered charity, please contact us before booking online so we can add discounted rates to your account.

Tier 1/, Reduced Rate, Community clubs, social enterprises & charities Monday-Thursday.

Tier 2/, Standard Rate, Community clubs, social enterprises and charities Friday – Sunday, Commercial or private hire Monday -Thursday.

Tier 3/. Peak Rate, Commercial or private hire bookings Friday -Sunday.

 *The co-working space is available for hire from 5:30 pm-10 pm Mon-Frid and 8 am-10 pm Saturday and Sunday.
**The Welcome space is for hiring a reception table to greet Hub users as they enter the building. This is available in 3-hour blocks. Exclusive use of the Welcome Space may be available with the hire of other facility spaces. Please enquire for more information.
***The Kitchen is available to hire for a minimum of 3 hours.
